This little gem is far removed from a scientific or technical explanation of Aspergers, instead it focuses on some lovely photographs of cats with some typical autistic traits described alongside.
What good is that to anyone? I hear you cry.
Well, for starters it is remarkable just how easy people can seem to relate to these traits and behaviours in our feline counterparts ...... and yet fail to understand them if explained in real life human examples.
I found this book particularly useful for introducing the subject to relatives and grandparents who were really struggling to make sense of our son's behaviours, without overloading them with very technical text books. Of course we sent the more detailed publications on to them later !
Our son also enjoyed the pictures very much and perhaps started to equate and understand some of his own behaviours accordingly. I hope you enjoy All Cats Have Asperger Syndrome
